As a Search Engine Marketing Manager, you will serve as part of a small team of subject matter experts and report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing. If you get excited about search engine advertising, pay-per-click, conversion tracking, and managing client accounts this is a great position for you. We are whitehat SEM only.   • Oversee various digital marketing accounts and serve as a point of contact for client Search Engine Marketing services
  • Create digital marketing strategy to support client business goals
  • Make budget recommendations and prepare campaigns for clients
  • Monitor and optimize website content for conversion optimization
  • Track and report on impressions, engagements, CTRs, conversions, and ROI for clients
  • Write ad copy and prepare and report on effectiveness
  • Coordinate between internal and external teams (designers, copywriters, and 3rd party vendors) to ensure timely completion of projects (i.e. landing pages, forms, tracking codes, etc.)
  • Manage user experience tracking using various tools
  • Create and manage PPC, display, shopping, app download, and other types of marketing campaigns
  • Supervise other digital marketing team members
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing SEM performance using HotJar, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Create, analyze and share monthly performance reports


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field
  • At least two years professional work experience in digital marketing services, social media or related field
  • Supervisory experience with highly skilled and technical teams
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Professional communication via phone and email
  • Extreme follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, including experience tracking digital marketing campaign performance using Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other marketing tools
  • Creative thinking and collaborative work style, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Content management system experience
